They cut the top off, let you drink all the water out, then cut a spoon out of the husk for you to scoop out all the yummy coconut inside. So awesome. Heh, I bought it in brown first, they didn't have the white one, then they did, so I bought it in white too. Only brought the one though so Brian's safe bringing his :) A delicious delicious coconut.
